Hi everyone.

I would like to announce a site of mine called Unmaintained
Free Software
. This is a is a WWW-site which keeps track
of orphaned or unmaintained Free Software projects.

The goal is to provide developers a resource, which they can use if
they want to work on a project, and don’t want to start from
scratch, but rather improve already written software.

The site is located at: http://unmaintained.sourceforge.net/.

The software that drives this site is called ‘unmaintained’.
Version 0.3 of ‘unmaintained’ has been released on June 10, 2000.
Get it from
http://download.sourceforge.net/unmaintained/unmaintained-0.3.tar.gz
.

Everyone who knows about any project which doesn’t have a
maintainer, is encouraged to announce that software package at
Unmaintained Free
Software
.

Thanks for your attention.
