VirtualBox 4.2.18 comes with fixes for the recently released Linux kernel 3.11, on both Linux hosts and guests, related to Netfilter modules issues after building the kernel modules. Among other interesting changes brought by VirtualBox 4.2.18, we can mention that udev detection in the init script of Linux 3.x kernels has been fixed, and a PCI device identifier has been added to the vboxvideo.ko module, fixing DRI initialization under certain conditions.
