Vista Technology Group Announces Linux/SQL Server 7.0 Support for CPG Industry

“The Vista Technology Group, Ltd., a leading provider of
integrated technology solutions to the food and consumer package
goods (CPG) industries, today announced that it added support for
SQL Server 7.0 and the fast-growing Linux operating system for its
key manufacturing clients.”

“Vista also announced support for its products in a Linux server
environment. This includes Citrix/Mainframe client PCs as well as
Oracle and Sybase database support on the backend. “The emergence
of Linux as a viable server environment for consumer products
manufacturers allows Vista to extend its reach and provide clients
complete flexibility in the configuration of Vista’s system,” said
Weismantel.
