“Warning! Linux die-hards should turn away now. All
those folks out there who always wanted to try Linux but just
couldn’t quite ween themselves off Windows XP – a solution has
finally arrived. Ylmf OS is a Chinese developed Linux variant that
does what no other Linux distro would ever do. It tries its utmost
to look and feel like Windows XP. Will Ylmf OS become the shanzhai
OS of choice?

“Ylmf OS is based on Ubuntu and uses a GUI that closely
resembles Windows XP. Check out the screen shots below. So far,
we’ve no idea just how complete the XP veneer feels when in use,
but our sources reckon it’s fairly similar and behaves just as
you’d expect. So far it looks like it’s restricted to Simplified
Chinese language only however.”
