As another sign that the upstart Linux operating system is
gaining steam, International Data Group said Wednesday it will
sponsor a trade show and launch an online magazine devoted to the
open-source OS.
“I’m pleased to see IDG get so deeply involved in the Linux
community with a new online magazine and global event,” said Linux
creator Linus Torvalds.
