US District Judge Dee Benson heard arguments from Microsoft and
Caldera over whether MS-DOS licensing agreements were illegally
used to drive out competitors.”

“I think we have plenty of evidence to go on,” Caldera CEO Bryan
Sparks said after Thursday’s session. “I think it’s pretty evident
that we’ll have a trial.”
