Windows. Can students and startups afford the time and money needed
to deploy and maintain the latest, greatest Windows networking
vision that does more when they need less? Could Windows
realistically be modified in an attempt to be more streamlined than
Linux? Wouldn’t the attempt strike you as odd?”
“It may be time for many Real IT professionals to start
admitting that a paradigm shift has occurred. The network computer
is alive and well, but not as many larger companies that pushed the
idea envisioned it.”
