“RedHat Software Inc. is led the charge Tuesday, unveiling a
portal site, slated to go live this week, according to officials
with the company.”

“Netscape Communications Corp. got into the act yesterday by
announcing Linux support on its Directory Server, Messaging Server
and directory management tool Delegated Administrator, said
officials with the Californian company. The products, now in beta,
will be accompanied by a broad service and support program from
Netscape and partners including Hewlett-Packard Co., Compaq
Computer Corp., Caldera Systems Inc. and RedHat.”
