“Red Hat hoped to release a first test version of Linux based on
the new 2.6 kernel on Monday, but has delayed the move until later
in the week.

“‘In short, it’s not working quite well enough to push out yet,’
Red Hat developer Bill Nottingham said on Sunday on a mailing list
about the test1 version of Fedora Core 2…”
