“Friday, I called Dell to ask about the Windows EULA refund.
Sean in customer service told me that the refund would be $199. I
don’t know if this is his mistake, or official Dell policy. I’ve
put up a web page with the story…”
“I’ve had this URL linked into several of the Windows refund
sites. I’ve had 4 or 5 hits from Dell, so I figure they know about
it. It might be good if you could call them and ask about it
specifically, as I’ve had no feedback from anyone about what, if
anything, they are saying about it.”
