GNOME 3.22 “Karlsruhe” Desktop Environment Gets Its First Public Beta Release

Delayed almost a week, most probably because of the fact that the GNOME development team has just returned from the annual GUADEC developer conference, which took place two weeks ago, between August 12 and August 14, in Karlsruhe, Germany, the first Beta build of GNOME 3.22 desktop environment is finally here. Dubbed GNOME 3.21.90, the first Beta build of the upcoming desktop environment is here to update many of the core components and applications that are usually distributed as part of the GNOME Stack. To see what’s new, we recommend studying the CORE NEWS and APPS NEWS changelogs.
