HP’s OpenSwitch network operating system is based on the latest Linux technologies, powered by Linux kernel, and designed from the offset to act as a community-based platform for users and developers alike, dedicated to accelerating the innovation and bypass vendor lock-in. Being a full-featured NOS, OpenSwitch aims to be the perfect solution for building data center networks that have been tweaked for business apps, without too much hassle and without the need to have deep networking or Linux knowledge.
