Today, July 5, 2016, the KDE project had the great pleasure of announcing the release of KDE Plasma 5.7, but it might take a while until it lands in the main repos of various GNU/Linux distributions. There are currently two editions available for the KDE Neon project, namely a user edition and a developer one.
