Linux Kernel 4.4.35 LTS Hits the Streets with x86 Improvements, Updated Drivers

Hitting the streets only five days after the Linux 4.4.34 patch, Linux kernel 4.4.35 LTS is a small update that changes a total of 34 files, with 309 insertions and 102 deletions, according to the appended shortlog and the diff from the previous point release. For those of you who know yet, Linux 4.4 is a long-term supported kernel branch used in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, Alpine Linux, and other well-known distributions. Being a small update and all that, Linux kernel 4.4.35 LTS has a little bit of everything, starting with a handful of improvement for the x86 hardware architecture, a couple of EXT4 fixes, a patch for the FUSE file system, an updated networking stack that adds a Netfilter change to fix element timeout for HZ != 1000, and updates InfiniBand (mlx4 and mlx5), MFD, RTC, UWB, Wireless (iwlwifi), I2C, Crypto, CLK, and GPU (AMDGPU) drivers.
