New Kernel Vulnerabilities Affect Ubuntu 11.10

These are the two vulnerabilities found in the Linux kernel packages by various developers: CVE-2012-1601 and CVE-2012-2123. The security flaws can be fixed if you upgrade your system(s) to the linux-image-3.0.0-20 (3.0.0-20.34) package(s). To apply the update, run the Update Manager application.
