Ubuntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf) Will be Powered by Linux Kernel 4.2

The last day for pushing the Linux kernel 4.2 packages to the official channels for Ubuntu 15.10 will be September 5. After that, the Final Beta of Ubuntu 15.10 will arrive on September 24, the kernel freeze will happen on October 8, followed by the final freeze of the operating system on October 15. The final release of Ubuntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf) will happen on October 22, 2015, according to the official release schedule. The OS will be based on Linux kernel 4.2.
