C++0x not before 2010 and without ‘concepts’

“Stroustrup notes that he has been working on concepts for seven
years and has been looking at the problems they aim to solve for
even longer, so he is quite disappointed. C++0x will, he goes on to
say, will be more expressive than its predecessor, C++98, offering
concurrent programming and a better library, making it easier to
write efficient, maintainable code.”
