LinuxPR: KDbg 1.0.0 – A graphical debugger interface to gdb

I am proud to announce the first release of KDbg, a
graphical debugger interface that uses the KDE desktop
environment….

“KDbg requires the KDE libraries to run. It can debug, of
course, any program, not necessarily KDE programs, written in C or
C++….”

“Traditionally, Unix developers used command line debuggers such
as dbx or gdb for debugging. In the meantime, graphical user
interfaces have been developed, such as DDD, but all of them
suffered from one or the other deficiency (IMHO). KDbg is an
attempt to overcome all of them (again IMHO).”
