As of last night, the Ubuntu 15.04 Cloud daily ISOs have switched to booting with systemd by default rather than Upstart.
With Ubuntu Cloud switching over to systemd by default, it also means that the Ubuntu CI (Continuous Integration) infrastructure is too now using systemd for carrying out all package testing.
