BW: Sitestar’s Neocom Subsidiary Surpasses 5,000 Customers

“Sitestar Corp. (OTCBB:SYTE), a diversified Internet holding
company, today announced that its ISP division has surpassed the
5,000 customers level.”

“Neocom, Sitestar’s wholly owned ISP in Southern Virginia, is a
diverse Internet services company providing Internet access, Web
design and Web hosting services to business and residential
customers. Located in Martinsville, Va., Neocom will serve as the
platform for Sitestar’s consolidation strategy of mid-Atlantic
ISPs.”

“Operating as a Linux-based ISP and using Linux for the
majority of its ISP infrastructure, Neocom enjoys revenue growth of
35% and has an annual run rate of $2 million in revenues.
The
company is generating positive cash flow and operating margins have
improved dramatically since the acquisition. Neocom recently
announced a long-term agreement with Sprint, its primary
telecommunications provider.”
