Collabora Online 2.1 Gets First Point Release to Improve Usability and Reliability

Today, Collabora Online 2.1.1 was announced as the first point release in the series, an update that looks to implement an active cell reference (Name Box) in the Calc (spreadsheet editor) component, improve animation of comments, as well as to make the State of the Change tracking visible in the menu through check marks. Calc also received numerous usability improvements, and it seams that users can now edit new file types, such as HTML or PDF. Support for seccomp???s Berkley Packet Filters was also implemented in Collabora Online 2.1.1 to drastically restrict the surface of kernel’s APIs that are available to the contained document processes.
