D-Feet 0.3.5 Fixes Annotation Handling

D-Feet 0.3.5 removes markup from UI files (read this article for more details), adds empty LINGUAS file to satisfy Damned Lies, removes unneeded context from strings, updates the POTFILES.skip and POTFILES.in files, and updates HACKING. Moreover, GTestDBus is now used instead of Sessionbus and Systembus, the dbus_is_address() function replaces dbus_is_supported_address(), GI imports now require GTK+ 3.0, the Spanish translation has been updated and added to LINGUAS, the Czech and Slovenian translation have been added.
