The good news is that Glib 2.37.1 brings support for Installed Tests, which allows individual component maintainers to write and execute automake-style “make check” tests. Glib 2.37.1 also adds a new g_test_trap_subprocess() function, which works on the Microsoft Windows operating system, as a replacement for the g_test_trap_fork() function. Moreover, support for explicitly canceling a gobject property binding has been implemented, as well as performance improvements for signal argument handling, and improved manpages, by adding missing flags and arguments.
