Coming only a week after the release of the CentOS 7.4 (1708) operating system, which is based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4, NethServer 7.4 Beta inherits all the upstream improvements, new features, and updated components. But it also introduces some changes of its own. Among these, we can mention smoother web navigation experience when using SSL transparent proxies thanks to the latest updates and patches to the Squid caching proxy server, as well as a brand-new “top talkers” page for the Server Manager to track the network usage of hosts via ntopng 3 next-generation ntop.
