Rockstor 3.9.0 NAS Distro Adds Big Enhancements to the Disk Management Subsystem

Rockstor 3.9.0 is a major release of the operating system, shipping a little over three months after the last maintenance update to the Rockstor 3.8 series. The 3.9 branch has a lot of improvements to code quality, especially to the Python and Javascript stacks, as well as big enhancements to the disk management subsystem. The Rockstor 3.9.0 release closes a total of 29 issues that various contributors helped fixed, which means that users will be able to enjoy fewer bugs the next time they upgrade their Rockstor systems.
